Danny Kallas - comedian/producer
For over a decade, Danny Kallas continues to be a favorite at some of the best alternative rooms and a go-to feature act for many of the top comedy clubs in the country. He's also participated in a variety of comedy festivals over the years, all of which were reached by hot-air balloon. In 2016, he started headlining and now his preferred method of transportation is a forklift.
Joe Kilgallon - comedian/producer
Born and raised in Chicago, Joe Kilgallon has been performing stand-up comedy since 2006. A producer of Comedians You Should Know, Joe's in-your-face style and charismatic charm help paint stories drawn heavily from personal experience and his Chicago-Irish roots, making him an instant favorite and the type of comedian everyone wants to share a drink with after the show.
JONAH JURKENS - COMEDIAN/PRODUCER
Coming out of Chicago, with his unique and charismatic style, Jonah has proven himself to be one of the "Comics to Watch". Since winning the "Chicago Fringe Festival Stand Up Competition" within his first month as a stand up comedian, Jonah has been winning crowds over with his honest and engulfing story telling. He has performed and studied with both the renowned Second City and Improv Olympic theaters.
Jonah is a producer of “Comedians you Should Know", which is one of the nation’s premier independent comedy shows, produces/performs at the iconic drinking story telling show "The Blackout Diaries" and can be seen monthly at his show "Your Feature Presentation" at the world-famous Laugh Factory. If that’s not enough, you can hear him weekly on the very popular "Petals and Pricks: The Bachelor Podcast" with co-host Kelsie Huff.
Since his start in 2010 Jonah has become a favorite at showcases and clubs throughout the country earning the reputation as a talented and tremendously driven comedian/producer.
BLAKE BURKHART - COMEDIAN/PRODUCER
Blake Burkhart began performing comedy in Chicago in 2012 and has been with CYSK since mid-2016. He is known in Chicago for his unique style of standup which is an entertaining mixture of subtle and absurd. Blake can be heard on the weekly podcast "Blake and Bobby go to the movies" a movie review podcast run by Chicago comedians.
Michael Sanchez - Artistic director/filmmaker
Michael Sanchez studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York City and turned his attention to stand-up following his move to Chicago in 2006. His off-kilter act has been seen all over the country, including Seattle's Bumbershoot and The Seaport Music Festival in New York City, and in a fluke of accidental luck he once had the pleasure of opening for Tracy Morgan.
A founding member and producer of Comedians You Should Know, Michael also co-hosts and produces the monthly storytelling series "I SHIT YOU NOT!" as well as it's weekly podcast "The Poodcast", both of which feature real-life tales of failed restraint and bodily blunders.
